Product: Example:laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Computer comes on showed logo then a screen about preparing windows then a screen working on features 1000/0 complete don’t turn off computer and it never goes any further

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
