Product: X3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP X3 phone will not allow my emails to download.  The error message says the "this device doesnt meet the security  requirements set by your email administrator"  Nothing has changed with work email and I have worked with my administrator and he is checked everything.  The X3 has been giving me my emails from this same account for 4 months the only thing that changed was my microsoft password last week.  EVeything was fine then this error message came up. 

 

Anyone have this problem before?
