Display distortion

This is how the display looks like. It keeps on moving too. The color is constantly changing and flickering. Is this fixable?

Have you tried checking with an external monitor does the issue persist?

Was there any physical damage to the screen?

Please share the product number of the PC to assist you better. 

It certainly looks like a hardware issue with the screen, please replace the faulty screen.
