Download original OS HP ElitePad 1000 G2 tablet

Hello, I have a problem with my HP ElitePad 1000 G2 tablet, I try to reinstall the OS. I create a usb bootable stick with Media Creation Tools, but the touch doesn't work. I also try to make a bootable stick with  HP Thin Update, but i get an error when i try to reinstall "Initializing...***ERROR*** The system does not have license for the image os! Aborted with the error code: 0xFFFFFFFF". I need to download the original OS. Please help

My tablet is: HP ElitePad 1000 G2 Tablet . I think is a specialised OS, this it what i found: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04825506.pdf, but i don't know where to download them. I hope someone can help me.

This is what HP installed prior to shipping, however it is possible a 3rd party changed the original OS, or specified the Industry Embedded version.
