Elite X2 1012 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

My Elite X2 pen gave me a notice of low (bluetooth) battery just a month after purchasing it (I bought it in July). I have changed the batteries with different battery brands ever since. But, the highest they ever lasted before I got another low battery prompt was 5 minutes, and that's Energizer and Renata brands. I was wondering if it's my pen has a defect of some or not, and if I am to get a replacement pen (I still have warranty) for the defective pen. How can I go about that? I have been to HP's website but I can't seem to get their email address, I have also used the feature that allows one to check for location of the nearest service centres but none isn't available (I live in Nigeria).

Please help.
