HP Recommended
Product: Elitepad 1000 Expansion Jacket
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've updated the BIOS, purchased another new expansion jacket as well as new battery. When I install the battery in the expansion jacket and slide the tablet in the jacket it states Batter not present. When I slide the assembly onto the docking station/charger, then it states Battery present and 100% charged. Any updates required for fix?
