HP Recommended
Product: Elitepad 1000 G2 / Expansion jacket with battery
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The expansion jacket is new hardware, yet when I place this combination in the dock, it shows the battery "Not Present".

Does anyone know a solution.
