Hi, I'm trying to locate a missing driver for an Elitepad 1000 G2 (Windows 8.1 x64). Internet searches show other hp devices with this id as the quick launch button software but I can't find anything like that for this device. Also it does have a Productivity Jacket installed but I am unable to get a driver page to load for it so that may be what it's missing?

Hardware ID:

ACPI\VEN_HPQC&DEV_0006

Thanks.

I believe the correct driver is SP46167. Installed it, then had to go to device manager and manually update driver and point it to the .inf file in c:\program files (x86)\hewlett-packard\hp quick launch buttons\btndriver64

Hi Davisson1,

I think that the better way to got the HP ElitePad (or any HP PC) drivers is through the «HP SoftPak Download Manager».

You may find this application on your tablet or easely on the HP web site.

This software find and download all drivers needed by your tablet hardware ... and without error.

Have a nice day!
