Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a new HP Envy laptop and I bought an external DVD drive : HP model GP70N. I have tried burning DVDs but only ConvertXtoDVD 7 works. With my other program (Cyberlink Power2Go 11) the burning process starts & finishes but when I look at the DVD, there is nothing on it. So although Cyberlink Power2Go 11 says the DVD burning has succesfully finished, nothing appears on the DVD.

@RudiS1 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to make the DVD using the Cyberlink power 2Go application.

Please try creating a new user account on your computer.

Go to http://hp.care/2dWJKgW  and follow the steps to create a new user account.

If the issue still persists, you have to contact Cyberlink support. They may help you.

Keep us posted,
