Whenever I’m in a middle of an online task, this blue screen with a big sad icon that says:
Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info, and then we’ll retsart for you.
I’ve got this problem for a long while now since I’ve upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.
I’m sure Windows 10 users also are experiencing the same problem as I have.
What Can I do to fix this?
Is it a certain driver what is needed to be updated?

The root cause may depend on whether you are seeing this error during any online interaction or whether the issue is seen during just one task -- or one type of task.
If you have already checked the Internet for help, you have seen that this is not just an "HP" issue -- the problem has surfaced on several kinds of hardware and the problem has been around for a while.
Faulty hardware corrupted page error (Blue Screen Error)
(At least) one person (on that forum) reported that switching to a Wired connection helped. ??
Some Ideas
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Big bad blue screen might pop up if the task involves a display setup that the computer cannot handle - streaming at different resolutions, changing resolution to an incompatible setting.
See the following suggestions:
HP PCs - Computer Locks Up or Freezes (Windows 10, 😎
Included in the (above) document is a recommendation that you update your video driver.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
After a "long time" using Windows 10, it is likely you have by now updated (all) your HP Drivers to their Windows 10 versions. If you have not done so, or if it has been awhile since you checked your Drivers, you can check and update your Drivers from your computer's Website Driver support page:
HP Pavilion 500-300no Desktop PC
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
If the issue pops up when you are reading online content or perhaps trying to download PDF files, make sure you have not only your HP Drivers updated / installed >> consider: Even if you are generally using a different PDF Reader as your default, the latest version of Adobe Reader DC is necessary for several kinds of tasks. You can download and install the latest Adobe Reader DC.
You might check to see if your Adobe Flash needs to be updated, too....
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you have cause to believe that your computer's hardware may need to be checked, you can do that using the Diagnostic tools:
HP Desktop PCs - Testing for Hardware Failures (Windows 10, 😎
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
You might consider adding your voice (opinion) to the aforementioned forum post . Because the issue is apparently not HP-centric (just a problem on HP computers), it might be worth asking Microsoft about it.

I have seen on internet that it is mostly an Asus and HP problem and that Microsoft is working on the problem, but there is no prognoses when the problem is going to be solved.
Acc. to my HP support assistent there are nu updates available.
says:
HP encountered an error while trying to scan your product.
Please verify your product is powered on and connected, then try again in a few minutes.
Or, view all available drivers for your product below.
I have difficulties in finding the drivers to update.
Have updated: HP / Compaq Monitor Driver
Furthermore system recovery has not solved the problem.
