This isnt a post about the freezing, there are surely enough of those. This post is for a rep from HP to formally address the issue. They have been completely silent on the issue, leaving us to fend for ourselves. Every time I see a solution, I think to myself "thats cute". It doesnt seem to be tied to any version of the OS, sim card, sim stray, device settings, core components being turned off, etc. Can someone from HP PLEASE acknowledge the issue so we know there is light at the end of the tunnel. Otherwise there are thousands of people(using the poster represents X users ratio) that are having this issue and all I can see youve done is give out new handsets, which per the posts here, has NOT fixed the issue for those who got them.
PS its pretty sad you dont even list Windows 10 mobile as an OS option but you have web/palm as one. WTH
