Android J7.

Whenever I play a game, I can't save. imagine that. It always says "Connecting to google play games..." and then it says unsupported account, and I don't know what to change about my account, or what is unsupported. I don't want to make a new account, because I have purchase history. Many games I have on my phone will not let me do anything relatively multiplayer without Google Play Games. If I try to open the app itself, the screen turns white as if it is launching the app, and then it just stops. When I press the tabs button, it says that Google Play Games is open, but when i tap on it, nothing happens, and it just goes to whatever screen I was on last as if I had just closed it. I tried contacting Google, but they didn't know what to do, which was disappointing to me, and makes me lose trust in google's support services, and that is why I am going to try to ask the Hewitt-Packard Community.
