So I turned on my tablet one morning and I woke up to a complete factory reset on it. I recovered all my files and set it up the same way before i went to bed. Later on that day my tablet battery died so I charged it and after I turned it back on the same factory reset happened. I set it up again with minimal installations turned it off and a reset again. I decided I was going to install a recovery image of the OS kitkat to see if that fixes it but as I go into the recovery screen I get the below and it wont read my SD card. reformatted my SD card multiple times and ever tried the ADB method with no success, any suggestions would be awesome.

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Which exact HP 10 2101 model do you have, and which rebuild file did you download?
I looked at the downloads for the above model, and saw something strange - one was the KK image for China, and the other was for "WW" that excluded China and the US!!
Seems like if you live in the USA, you're out of luck... 😞
