My HP 10 2101 is not starting up. The last time I used it was around 2PM EST and it was working fine. I decided to charge it for a few hours since it was at 66%. A few hours later at around 5:30 I tried to turn it on, but only a faded and empty charge screen comes on and the device doesn't turn on. I've tried numerous attempts to start it including different chargers, but the same results.

Let's perform a Hard Reset

 

Press and hold the power button for more than eight seconds. After the tablet fully shuts down, wait a few seconds, and then press the power button to turn on the Tablet

If the issue persists, please check your private message for the next course of action

 

Check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

 

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
