HP 10 2101 tablet

Hello and I thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Now after powering upthe tablet it shows HP logo with swirls. I have done a factory reset by shutting down tablet and rebooting it holding the volume up button and then I clicked on re-boot but, the ecact same thing happens HP logo with swirls. I can't even find a way to start insafe mode which if I could maybe then I could do a real factory reset.

If there is anything that you know of that can help me please, please,and pretty please help!!!

Sincerely,Rochichi

p.s. anyone with the answers can email me direct at [Personal Information Removed]

@Rochichi

Welcome to HP Forums. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

I understand that your HP 10 2101 tablet  is not booting up and you have already attempted a Reset

At this point I would request you to contact our Phone Support for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on "Continue as guest".
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Thank you 🙂
