HP Recommended

I purchased a HP 10bII Financial Calculator on Amazon and I am using it for 2 weeks now but all of a sudden, when I try to calculate the yield and use the I/YR button, I get a "no Solution" result. I went back to the numerous problems I solved and tried them again, same issue.
