Product: HP 7 VOICE TAB
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

Before it's home screen was properly working but after a  restart tabs home screen got missing ,appears just a black screen .though it's dropedown menu is working properly..

I reviewed your post and I understand that the home screen is not showing up on the tablet.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number for your computer?

 

I recommend you perform a reset on the tablet and check whether the issue is resolved.

 

Follow the steps in the below article to perform a reset.
