I recently bought an HP Active Pen with App Launch to go with my Elitebook. It worked fine but now stopped working consistently. Sometimes it works, sometimes it works a little, sometimes it does not work at all.
I tried to contact the support but it does not recognise the serial number I am entering and there is no other way to get in touch with HP.
I changed the AAAA battery (but not the bluetooth battery yet since the cap does not open). This did not solve the problem unfortunately.
I am desperate now 😞 I would really appreciate your help! Thank you so much!
