HP Recommended
Product: HP Chromebook 11 G7 EE
Operating System: Chrome OS

My daughter has a HP Chromebook 11 G7 EE and the camera has stopped working.

If we click on the Camera app the window is black with a small camera icon in the middle.  

Have seen other forums where system clean does not seem to resolve, has anyone seen this before and have a suggestion to fix?
