Elite x2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The company I work for has just started using the HP Elite Tablet x2 1012 and we use the Elite Thunderbolt 3 65W USB-C Docks. We have been using them since last Summer and we have started getting some complaints on none of the ports on the dock are working. It is still charging the tablet but the mouse, keyboard and network cable don't work. Rebooting doesn't seem to fix it and we don't want to go through and re-image them. Anyone know of any updates or settings that might fix this issue?

In the HP Thunderbolt software is the Always Connect option on?
