HP Elite x2 1012 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

We have had several instances where a HP Elite x2 1012 G1 tablet has completely drained of power and will not charge from HP docking station (all docking stations use original HP cables and power supply). When these tablets are connected to the power supply that they came with they charge and after a few minutes charge they can be moved to the docking station where they continue to charge OK. Peoblem is most users leave their power supplies at home and rely on their docking stations in the office! Can anyone offer a fix to this issue, i.e. maybe a BIOS setting? BTW all devices are up-to-date with drivers and BIOS, currently v1.33 for BIOS.

Regards,

Jason
