HP Elite x3 Lapdock
Other

So the Laptop came with a Charger, which is fine, and it works just fine.  But the lapdock does not seem to change using other cables except one.

So what does work: 1. The include charger.  2. an Anker Cable connected to a Nanda's Zus car charger.

What does not work: The charger that came with the Lumia 950, the Charger and cable that came with the Microsoft dock 500, other USB type-c cables connected to other power 2.1a power supplies.

The Lumia 950's included charger charges my Elite x3 at the same rate as the Lapdock's charger, other cables and supplies very.

So I'm wondering if there is some DRM built into the Lapdock and its include charger and that the Anker cable that works is just a fluke.   Or if there is some very specific combination of cable and power supply that would also work.
