HP Recommended
Product: Elitepad 1000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my elitepad has no audio. when I hover over the volume icon, which has a red X through it, it says 'No Audio Output Device is intstalled', same when I go to the sound settings, and troubleshooting goes no-where.devce

 

It's running Win 10, 64bit, when i go to device manager, no audio devices appear.

 

any advice?
