Hi I promised to make a tutorial for everyone to make their own bios if this method works
Thanks to Mr Rong and @forgivio who sent their bios dumps I made a bios for my own and sent my device to a technician to reprogram Bios IC. I will inform you as soon as I get my device back. I am very hopefull to get it working again
As I said before this method involves opening the tablet and remove Bios IC , reprogram and solder it again (this is the last possible solution)

Juust called HP Support team in Australia they told me to do the same thing POWER + (VOL Up + Vol Down) after few attempts nothing happened, when I asked why would HP post a wrong Bios without even testing it they gave me a stupid reason that Windows 10 is new and we are facing a lot of problems blah blah when I told them to see the HP forum about it that many users are facing the same problem they just hung up on me. I am done with HP I will never ever buy any HP products ever.

@Yousuf_EDGE That is basically the same response I got from Australia support when I phoned them. After waiting many weeks I then requested my case to be escalated from @HP_Support via Twitter. Yesterday I missed a call from support and phoned them back on the number given. After speaking with the service center / support he approved a replacement unit and I received a confirmation email and case number. Happy days.... I thought.... Today I receive a call from the same number as I missed yesterday stating my case is a service request and a courier is enroute to pick up the Omni10 for service not replacement even though I have an email / case / order status marked as 'shipped' for a replacement.
Grab the popcorn guys, it's anyone's guess how this one is going to unfold.

My advice is don't give up just yet.

Dear All,

I try to re setup old bios (F0E) to my tablet, as:

- create USB BIos Utility with bios F0E.

- remove the battery ( take out back cover, first). Put in AC adaptor.

- Push Vol+ and Vol -, then Power on.

But nothing to appear. The problem is still there.

If you solved the problem. Please, show me the way to fix it.

Waiting for HP Service for longtime, no fix, no reply, no anwser...

I had given my tablet to hp. They said they had forwarded it to their superiors.  They are supposedly sending a new system board and then they'll try to repair. I'll be getting some news today evening i hope. Will let you know if i get to know what they did.. i think they should repair all tablets that encountered this error irrespective of their warranty validity.

Luckily for my tablet there was few months of warranty left I didn't send it to HP but my local Harvey Norman store took it from me for repair ( I purchased mine from Harvey Norman Aus) well I am pretty sure they won't be able to fix it and they have no stock left so I am getting my refund back 100% lets see what they say in 2 weeks. When I get my money back I am not spending it on stupid HP again will probably get Asus. Fingers crossed

Now that I am not sure how many will want to share.. Moreover it's not like HP is not responding.. If you are under warranty they are replacing the device for most and repairing for others. It's just that if you are not under warranty you are scre.wed! 😞

I was not under warranty and HP exchanged my tablet without any discussion as I said that the problem was due to the bios update. It seems that the HP support knew about the issue and they immediately suggested to exchange it for a new one. Two days later I received it - so, the service was pretty good.
