HP PRIME GRAPHING CALCULATOR

can someone help me with my calculator. i have the hp prime and the last week i bought that calculator but when i do a upgrade in the computer with the conectivity kit it upgrade my calculator to the version "20150617" and when the screen turn on and show all of the language and etc i look that the touchscreen dont work, What can i do?? 😞 

if i touch some botton that avoid the use of the touchscreen or something like that.. 😞

You can uninstall and delete, the Firmware, Connetivity Kit and the Emulator, of version 20150617 and can install, the ultimate 10077 version, from ... ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/calculators/Prime/

The install upgrade in your HP PRIME GRAPHING CALCULATOR.

 

When actualize and not happen nothing with screen, then you can check with 656 DIAGNOSTIC MENU.

Press C+F+O and put into orifice Reset in the back cover.

 

For reset, you can too, press On+Apps+Esc

Try too, with On Symb, for run.

 

Note: For all cases, charge the battery, to 100%, of your capacity.

 

If nothing happen and your calculator, have warranty, can call to Center of Support and Assistance of HP, more near your home, from ... http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Android/Phone-Assistance-in-the-world/td-p/5038024

Hi,

 

I updated the HP Prime calculator with 20150617 , but have the same issues. I went to the provided ftp and did not found the the ultimate 10077 version, only the 20150617

 

I tried everything from re-installing the HP connectivity, firmware, entered in the 655 Diagnostis, etc. But the touchscreen does not work.

 

I'm an electrical engineer, and I followed the instructions. Also, I tried to use older firmware, but have the same issue.

 

I would appreciate any help to solve the issue.

Try, with ...

1) ON+Apps+Esc

2) ON+Sym

3) Press ON and then with ON pressed, press (+) key two or, three times, for adjust contrast or bright.

4) Connect your HP PRIME to USB of PC.

 

Write, if not happen nothing.

Can you with one point, of paper clip, into the Reset orifice in the back cover ?.

The battery, is fully charged ?. If not verify, in the HP PRIME, remove and check, with tester, in the indicated terminals.

Yes is fully charged.

 

I did reset the calculator with a paper clip.

 

The issues continue

 

The image you sent did not came up!  You want me to remove battery and measure with a multimeter the battery voltage?

 

What would happen with the warranty if a remove the cover?
