Pavilion x360 m3 convertible

I was in the middle of doing a hard resey .on my laptop when all of a sudden it died when it came back on  it won't go to home screen it says go to www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup I can't figure out wat to do

Perform a hard reset on the notebook

Refer this HP document for the steps to do a hard reset:- Click here

 

Follow these steps to restore the BIOS default settings. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds. Press the Power button to start the computer, and press the F10 key repeatedly to open the BIOS setup menu. On the BIOS Setup screen, press the F9 key to select and load the BIOS SetupDefault settings.

 

Perform a system restore on the notebook
