Product: HP Prime

Hey, i tried to transfer an app (hpappdir file) to my Hp Prime with the connectivity Kit. The program on my computer says that all's ok, the transfer had finish. But the calculator show me a loading bar not full (the loading is stuck) i can't find the app in the calculator. And when i unplug and plug again the calculator, the app disapeared. Can you help me ?

Is your calculator up to date? Is the connkit up to date?

 

Normally these problems are when one or the other is not.
