HP Recommended
Product: HP Prime Pro
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I purchased HP Prime Pro from Google Play. When I try to connect to the connectivity kit on my PC the android app just shows "No network selected". There is no parentheses like I see in other posts (ie "No network selected (0)")

What am I doing wrong? Help please
