Yes.
But how to do it depends on what you want to do with them.
Images (jpeg and png) can be attached to an app (use the connectivity kit to do so) and can then be assigned as background images in graphical apps like function or geometry.
But if you aim is to import an image or PDF for viewing them, the best is to use the program created by the TIPlanet.org website which will transform a pdf into a series of graphics and generate apps that you can upload to your calculator and that allow you to see the images...
