Hello. Sometimes my keyboard shows up for my tablet when i assemble the external one, and sometimes it does not. This is not the internal keyboard, but the external one that I am having the problems with, and i'm not sure why. The tablet has good charge, they connection metal pieces for the two pieces (tablet and keyboard) to connect are clean and not rusted or anything, and the keyboard works (when it registers as being connected to the tablet).. My problem is this only works sometimes and sometimes it does not. I dont know why but if there are any ideas PLEASE offer them... I have no problems with the keyboard.. except my device failing to register its existence sometimes...the tablet and keyboard are in healthy condition.. so i dont know why this is happening..i make sure it is inserted to touch the prongs properly and i get the same results: nothing... so what should i do because i cannot just go and spend money on this issue. There has to be an option that does not require money. And i believe the warrenty is also out of question since it was a previous tablet and keyboard to another, but i do-not believe they have ever became aged or damaged, so that is not where the problems lie. Thank you by the way.
