Product: Slate 10

Hi all,

I am wrecking my brain on how to rececitate my slate 10 tablet as the google play store was removed automatically from the tablet and chrome does not work.

I get an error message "google play services,which some of your applications rely on,is not supported by your device.please contact the manufacturer for assistance."

Help me please!!

Welcome to HP support community .

 

There are 3rd party websites offering the download links for APK of the playstore, but HP doesn't recommend that.

You will have to do a factory reset on the device to fix this issue.

(Note:Factory reset will wipe out all the data in the device, so take a back of your data before resetting the device)
