HP SLate 21
Android 4.1 - 4.3.1 Jelly Bean

I did a hard reset on my HP Slate 21. I cannot load up the slate now. It stays with  the HP screen.

Please advice.

As I understand, your HP Slate does not boot after performing a Hard reset,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

You could refer to this article: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-slate-21-k100-all-in-one-series/5381344/document/c03912522

I had already done the hard reset (power off method).

When I reboot from the last step of the hard reset selection, it will not go past the HP icon startup screen.

I has turned off the power & restarted. Still the same HP icon screen. It can be like this for more than half hour, so it doesn't look like its booting up.
