My HP latop 14, decided that it won't charge. Meaning it was a battery problem the charger works fine just that the battery doesn't want to charge. I bought a replacement AC Adapter it worked but couple days ago it stopped again. The AC Adapter charger is still brand new. Back to my problem point is the battery doesn't want to charge at all. Is there anyway I can fix it.

Will letting it completely drain then try charging work?

Will Taking the back apart and taking out the battery then putting it back in work?

I don't want to take it apart seeing how I don't want to damage it at all. Is there any solution?
