Ok, I bought new tablet so I don't need my old Hp Stream 7. I am going to sell it. Yesterday I tried to reinstall windows (hard reset), but at some point the touch screen stop working.
So every time when I start my pad, it says:
" A configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM (Trusted Platform Module)
WARNING: Clearin erases infomation stored on the TPM. You will lose all created keys and access to data encrypted by these keys.
Press YES to clear the TPM
Press NO to reject this change request and continue
Do you accept the change?"
Since the touch screen does not work, I can not press "yes"
Ideas?

I bought OTG adapter, and use a keyboard. It fix that touch screen problem, but Windows won't star (or reinstall). After "Diagnosing your pc" it says "Your PC did not start correctly: restart or advanced options". I tried many of the advance options (including "Reset this PC"), but no working...
I forgot to mention that when I first time tried to reinstall Windows and when I ended up to that point when the touch screen does not work, I just shutdown the tab...maybe that's why it does not work?
What next? Windows via usb-stick?
ps. Yes, I have troubles with my tablet and english...heh

Hi, yes, when powering up, hold the volume down button and it should display the BIOS setup menu where you can press F11 to start the system recovery. If that is not working, you would have to order the recovery USB from HP.
