Product: HP Stream 8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I'm having trouble with the touchscreen, and I've just now discovered that for the System Description, Pen and Touch, it says that there is "limited touch support with five touch points." Until recently, I had full touch support, as this is a tablet computer. Touching the screen results in erratic behavior. How do I restore full touch support?
