Unless you purchased a country-specific Stream 7, then you have a US-centric device that ONLY uses channels 1-11 (the US Standard).
When you ask about your device, we need to know the Exact model number of your device (including the letters at the end of the model number). Otherwise, we assume you are asking us about a device designed for the USA.

Hi catwoman31,
Can you check the date and time on your tablet to make sure that it is accurate?
I don't think it will be the issue in this situation, but if the date and time are not correct on your device it can cause issues with security certificates.

hello great news found on microsoft change date and time and changed signal im on sgnal 9 aand know got it working perfectly so thanks you this is why i couldnt log in to microsoft account only local account thanks for your help
