If you need the novacom drivers, the easiest way is probably to install the very useful webOS Quick Install program from Jason Robitaille.

I didn't give a link to the novacom drivers. My understanding is that webOS Quick Install 4.6.0 includes them as it is no longer possible to download them from HP. However, it may be that only drivers for windows machines are included. Perhaps you are using something else?
I cannot vouch for this source, but here is a new version of universal navacom installer:

For te first time, I wanted to setting up my new touchpad so,
I selected
english > and
united status > and
setup wifi and choose one > (it was accepted )
Apperar the "HP Terms and Conditions" screen
then I got an error message
"Server Error
Please contact palm.com/support
to help resolve this problem
"
