unable to get the trident symbol to show up.  still just a battery with a questionmark.

 

wondering if it is a physically bad.

Still not working...had this pad all of 3 months & this happens. Reviewing the number of same issues...looks like the legal/corporate office needs to respond. We have tried a dozen of your remedies and yet no resolution. Use to be a GO fan until you disappointed my daughter!
