HP WinPE Driver Packs - no 32 bit WinPE10 drivers

I need a winpe 10 32 bit driver pack for MDT. On the web site for HP WinPE driver packs, http://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/HP_WinPE_DriverPack.html , it says :

• Each WinPE driver pack include both 32-bit and/or 64-bit drivers. Select a link below to download an HP WinPE driver pack or its release notes

This is not true for the WinPE 10 driver pack. It ONLY contains 64 bit drivers. This appears to be an oversight, or someone thinks the 32 bit drivers are not needed.

The 32 bit drivers are needed to run WinPE 32, so that we can run 32 bit utilities, out of band, with the system booted in WINPE. WinPE 64 cannot run 32 bit utilities.

Any update to this? I'm also looking for the 32bit WinPE driver pack for 10.

So far I hear nothing but cricketts. HP doesn't actually monitor and respond to questions; they just let you post them.

I did look through the HP softpaqs. There is only the 64 bit version.

I put in a quirey with the admins about a 32 bit version. I got no answer back. I assume no one at HP knows.
