i bought my laprop around 1 year ago

the keyboard stopped working and i tried to reset it as discussed in the forums

finally decided to take it to hp service center knowing that it was under a 3 yearwarranty

however they were not able to fix it or provide a replacement 

please advise what needs to be done as this keyboard is not sold in my country

Please provide the product number of your PC to provide you with accurate information.

 

If you are using HP ENVY X2 - 15-C001DX, Please find the replacement part number for keyboard base listed below.

 

783099-001    KEYBOARD SC MOONSTONE GRAY ISK TP BL W/BATT US

 

You can purchase the part from HP parts store using this link.
