Product: HP Prime

Charging HP prime yesterday, noticed that the screen was bright white with vertical thin blue lines.  Would not turn off/On. No problem hard reset (pin in the back hole), now screen totally black no fuction at all. 

 

thoughts?  Yes I believe HP prime is fully charged.

Welcome, to HP Forum !. :generic:

 

Check, with ...

1) Connect your HP PRIME, with the cable connector in one PC and ckeck this.

2) Press ON+Apps+Esc.

3) Press ON+Symb.

4) Press keys ... C+F+O simultaneously and too ON key. Wait few seconds.

Then appear ... EA656 DIAGNOSTIC

 

Now ...

Press ... 4.FLS Utility and ENTER.

Press ... 3. Format Disc C and ENTER.

 

When finish, appear ...

3. Format Disc C                   OK

 

Now, reinitialize with ON+Sym.

Must appear Welcome. Move with finger the arrow to the left and select Language.

 

If nothing happen, if have warranty, call to Center of Support and Assistance of HP, more near your home, from ... http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
