HP Pro tablet active pen
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, so I bought a HP pro tablet active pen to use on my HP pavilion x360 touch screen laptop and I can not seem to get it to work on my screen. I did put the AAAA battery in it that it came with, put it in with the + side up and then the - side up and still doesnt wanna work. Can anyone help me. The package came with warranty papers and functions but nothing about how to put the battey in and how to get it to work.

Thanks,

Tiffany

Hi! @Tiffany5812, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand you have issues using HP pro tablet active pen on your laptop.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

It might be a compatibility issue with your laptop.

HP pro table active pen is compatible only with the following tablets.

HP Pro Tablet 408 Active Pen

HP Pro Tablet 408 G1

HP x2 210

Refer the stylus compatibility guide for more information.

Hope this helps!

Have a wonderful day ahead! 🙂
