I'm facing the same issue I did hard reset and still the same please solve the issue

Hi there!

 

It looks like you are having some trouble with Android upgrades on your HP Slate device. However, I don't have quite enough information to properly help you. 

 

What are this issues you are facing specifically? What are you attempting to do?

 

Hopefully we can troubleshoot this issue with some more information.
