Just bought it, got home tried to do the windows updates and it went to blue screen and will not boot up at all, it tries automatic recovery and it fails

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Let's perform a Hard reset on the notebook: A power reset (or hard restart) clears all information from the computer's memory without erasing any personal data. Performing a power reset might fix conditions such as Windows not responding, a blank display, software freezing, the keyboard stops responding, or other external devices locking up.
