Hi:

This is the driver you need for the WWAN adapter.

If you are writing that when you double click to run the driver, nothing happens, does it extract the file into its driver folder which would be located in C:\SWSetup\sp78749, or does nothing at all happen.

I recommend that you install this driver pack for the other devices in your screen shot that need drivers/

Please post the hardware ID's for the two unknown devices, so I can figure out what drivers they need.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

This is the hardware ID :

usbcdcacm\VID_03F0&PID_8E1D&MI_00

Unfortunately, I don't have any idea where to find that driver.

When I used the free 7-zip file utility to extract the drivers out of the sp78749.exe file, these are the only hardware IDs supported by the driver.

I checked other HP Elitebook notebooks that use the same HP hs3110/hs3114 HSPA+ Mobile Broadband module, and they all use the same driver.

I checked the Windows update catalog for the driver and could not find it.

I did a google search of the hardware ID you posted and could not find any relevant information to help me.

This was as close as I could find but I didn't see support for that hardware ID's in the file for that model WWAN card.

You can also try this DriverMax software, but I personally have never used it before, so use it at your own risk.

Thanks, do you can give me the right .inf file to HSpa+ to install it manually cause whats I found in the driver its HP Sensor not Boradband Drive

You're very welcome.

That is the only HP driver I could find.

I think that the version 21h2 its no more Support HSPA+ the only why its downgrade to the version that come with tablette 1709

You may be right, but what doesn't make sense to me is the driver is good for W7 > W10 and it does not contain support for that hardware ID in the setup information file.

Unfortunately, I have to give up on this one.

Here is the same driver on the Elitebook 850 G2 and I selected W7 64 bit.

It's the same file number...
