I have some issues with my laptop. I don’t know who to contact, it only teleports me to robots and I want a real person. Whenever I try to open my laptop it shows “blue screen of death” and none of the options work. My warranty is expired but I want to rebuy it. If not that’s okay, I just want to fix my laptop. It shows me a blue screen with options, but none of them work. I want to send it to go to hp so they can fix it can someone please help me.

You cannot "re-buy" the Warranty once it is expired.

There might be an "after expiration" option available and you can check that separately.

For now, we can submit a request for review so you can submit your computer for repair.
