As I understand you need information on scanning from your printer to the phone using WiFi direct,
I'd like to thank you for the detailed description of your concern,
as you have ensured I don't have to ask any more questions, that said, I'm afraid what you need isn't an option as it isn't a part of the design.
I will forward this as a feedback to the R&D Team, however, that isn't an option on the app or the device as off now, you can, however, print via WiFi direct without any issues, using this link:
