I just got a hp stream ll processor  but don't know the password to reset it. I have tried troubleshooting it to wipe it clean and back to original setting but it says either i have to be logged into the main admin account or it says delete BC some files to create more space. Either way you need a password which i don't have

Hi:

 

Your only option would be to clean install W10.

 

You can do that by making a bootable USB installation flash drive using the Media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

When you get to the part of the installation that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive leaving just one partition of unallocated space.

 

Click Next and W10 should install.

 

After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

 

Note that you will lose all data on the hard drive by following this guidance.
