Hello,
My tablet is soft bricked (After Root by deletion of some system files), when I start the tablet, the hp logo appears and it stay like this untill battery is 0%, also recovery mode(bootloader) is not working.
When I press the buttons(volume +power) to go into recovery mode, "Product Mode" comes written in blue text on the screen instead of recovery mode.
[The same was happening before deletion of system files, i.e when it was working normally]
I have visited my nearest hp service center as advised earlier on this thread, although they said that they can not help me with this issue.
The hardware of this tablet is perfectly fine, and the tablet gets powered on (stucks on logo)
I think that under these circumstances, only a computer (ADB) can be used to fix it because the tablet is still recognised by a computer, however on troubleshooting it shows that few drivers are missing.
Kindly do not advise to visit an HP service center because I have already visited them and the problem is not solved
Please provide the steps for ADB approach or any other way to fix the tablet
Thank you for any help that can be provided
