How to obtain a Cartridge Recycling Envelope to complete cancellation of my Instant Ink subscription

I am in the process of cancelling my Instant Ink subscription and was advised to request an Instant Ink Cartridge Recycling Envelope.  But, when I did so, I was told that my request was "unauthorized."  So, how do I return my cartridges as requested?

Follow the instructions below to order recycling envelope-

1. Sign in to hpinstantink.com/signin.

   Your HP Instant Ink account page opens.

2. On your HP Instant Ink account page, click Order a Cartridge Recycling Envelope in the Help Center area.

   

3. Review your order, and then click Submit.
